D and D - I first met Darrell Stanton and Danillo Cerezini when they came out to NYC with Volcom a few years ago. This spot is so fun to film lines at i dont know what it is. The smooth ground, the variety of ways you can skate the spot or maybe it's the locals who scream Tony Hawk at you and tell you they want to see you to break your neck. Who knows? We went to skate these steps a few years ago in Queens, NY. The spot is located in a school yard so there are always dudes lurking. This group of homo-thugs were fucking with us the whole time; saying dumb shit and throwing tennis balls at the landing of the steps. So once everyone landed their tricks we went over and watched Luis Tolentino, Danny Falla and Darren Baskinger beat some ass.

A few of us didn't feel like putting on some goggles and hitting the slopes with the rest of the kooks so we took a last minute trip down to Florida.
