Soup Du Jour: Braut Stew

Today we started off with creatine shakes for breakfast and then it was off to Muscle Beach. Mapstone made sure that everyone was pumped up for the rest of the day. Pure comedy. After a quick work out at the beach it was time to cook up some soup. We ended up at this gap where the landing was directly next to these 8 foot windows. Everyones board hit these windows at least 3 to 4 times, and the entire time there was a guy inside just watching, he didn't even care, he would just watch and smile.

That's the beauty of coming to a Muslim country, everyone is so peaceful.
