Costa Mesa Skatepark update!

For a long freaking time, the California City of Costa Mesa has been trying to get a skate park built. They finally have the land, money, and plans...and guess what happens? People that want to expand their already existing dog park are trying to put a stop to it! Look, I own a nice doggy too, but for a city that is home tons of park-less skaters (not to mention major clothing and skateboard companies) a skate park should be a priority. If you live anywhere in the area, please make your presence known at all City Council meetings pertaining to this...lets get a skate park for Costa Mesa!

Woah! I just got a note from Jim Gray regarding a meeting this Wed....

"This is what must be done now. I also would like to see as many of you show up at the Parks and Recreation Commission's Meeting next Wednesday July 23rd, at 6:30PM in the City Council Chambers at 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa."
